Dave took a day to get back to us from our initial phone call, but scheduled the work to be done within a week. He arrived when he indicated, took a comprehensive look at the job (several rooms and levels within the house) and then put together an appraisal with several options and concomitant costs. The work he did was careful (including- e.g.- paying attention to the appearance of the line of piping to lights in the garage) and included his description of what he was doing and why. I would definitely use Dave (and now HIS company) again.

We’ve had Dave out three times for different projects, and we’ve had nothing but great service so far. My wife and I even got a phone call when there was a cancellation elsewhere, which got us taken care of a week early. Dave and Brenda helped us get some home warranty work done when our electrical panel fried because of the previous owners’ “handiwork.” Electrical work isn’t cheap, and unfortunately there isn’t really a way around for those of us not electrically-inclined. MBE has serviced my home a number of times over the past years with responsiveness, courtesy, skilled electrician and understandable pricing. As a premier member, they take care of me well. My last appt took several weeks but the area has electricians in very high demand. Dave has performed several jobs with skill and speed and courtesy. A heavy chandelier had fallen and shorted and I could not fix. Dave quickly explained the issue, wired and hung the chandelier and diagnosed an unknown problem with a switch which he replaced. He also installed whole house surge protection that I had put off. Pricing seemed in line with other tradesmen. I will always call Metro’s Best Electric.
